I took my D300 out of retirement today after several years of not being used. It was amazing to see how slowly it focused and how slow was the continuous shooting (especially as compared to the D5). Even when high ISO and dinamic range are not it’s forte, it produced what I would call decent pictures (or better than what I was expecting). Not bad for a 12 year old camera.
