There are two reasons why a person faces the sea.
One, to enjoy a slice of shine in the sea like children bubbling over in the beach.
The other, to brush the dust of memory like an old man who misses old days, staring at the shine
quietly.
Those lead to only one meaning though they do not seem to overlap. It’s a rebirth.
I face myself to change tomorrow, a vague day into something certain.
That is the meaning of a rebirth.
I had a very sweet girlfriend when I was 18.
After she left, I knew the meaning of gentleness for the first time and also a true pain of loss. After
she left, how many times did I depend too much on her, doubt her, envy her and keep on telling lies
until I realized it is love?
I wonder whether a nobody like me could have given something to her who was struggling in the
daily life in those days. Giving something is arrogant conceit. It is nothing but self-satisfaction.
I had been thinking about such a thing.
However, I guess what she saw in me was because I had nothing. That‘s why she tried to see
something in me. Perhaps she found a slight possibility in me, a guy filled with ambiguous, unstable
tomorrow. But I wasted days depending too much on her gentleness.
Now I finally can convey how I felt in those days when we met.

This is the view from Mather Point looking northeast O'Neill Butte visible north of Yaki Point. South Kaibab Trail visible crossing the Tonto Group to the Tip Off where it drops to the Colorado River.
I took a little winter trip to the South Rim. Hardly any crowds at this time of year. Temperatures in the upper 20's during the day, mid teens at night with windchills into the single digits. I am well prepared for these temperatures and was comfortable most of the time. I stayed at the El Tovar Lodge.

For many visitors coming to the South Rim, Mather Point offers the first glimpse of a world wonder. A short walk from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center and parking lots 1-4, Mather Point offers an expansive view of the canyon. On a clear day you can see 30+ miles (48 km) to the east and 60+ miles (96 km) to the west. Looking down into the canyon you can see a few small samples of the Colorado River, Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the canyon, and numerous trails crisscrossing the landscape.
Thanks to it's wide view and the dramatic formations visible from the area, Mather Point is a popular place for both Sunrise and Sunset throughout the year. Be sure to get here early to enjoy the change in colors as the sun rises and sets. Â
What's in a Name?
This viewpoint is named for Stephen Tyng Mather, the first director of the National Park Service. A wealthy businessman from Chicago, Mather was avid conservationist and supporter of public lands, who moved to Washington D.C. in 1915 to help found the National Park Service. Appointed its first director in 1917 he continued to promote park access, development, and use until he left office in 1929. He believed that magnificent scenery should be the first criterion in establishing a national park, and made efforts to have new parks established before the lands were developed for other purposes. Mather always wished to have the parks supported by avid users, who would then communicate their support to their elected representatives. During his tenure the Park Service grew to include sites such as Grand Canyon, Shenandoah, Great Smoky Mountains, Mammoth Cave National Parks, and many others.
He laid the foundation of the National Park Service, defining and establishing the policies under which its areas shall be developed and conserved unimpaired for future generations. There will never come an end to the good that he has done.

1. Do you currently own a mesh body? If so, do you wear it all the time or just once in a while? If not, skip to the fourth question.
I have two bodies, Slink Physique and Maitreya Lara, although I have demo'd Belleza and WowMeh before the whole DMCA thing.
2. What is your preferred mesh body available on the market right now?
Maitreya's Lara! It has the perfect balance of realistic and cartoony for me and the only body that doesn't make the area where the back turns into the buttox look too strange.
3. Have you changed your shape since you started wearing the body?
I did almost a complete overhaul; I've made my legs and torso a bit shorter, decreased hip width and saddlebags, increased hand size, butt size, hip length, head size, and lovehandles, added some more muscle to my arms, and reduced my tummy size.
4. How do you feel about mesh bodies in general?
They're definitely a vast improvement over the LL body. They look so much smoother and more defined, and I find fitting into clothes to be easier with the help of the included alpha HUDs.

This found photograph is one of my favorites. It was purchased at a flea market in Essex Junction, Vermont. By the foliage and seedlings in flats next to the porch, it appears to have been taken in Spring. I have identified the car to be a pre-1910 Pierce Arrow --a very expensive car for its day. The 1913 license plate and heavily worn tires set the date later. I am considering researching this photo to identify the couple. Only the last digit of the license, a 7, is visible.

Left photo - old photo from newspaper clipping showing the Chinese words that appeared on the left hand side shop front of a local provisions store. The shop can be seen still open with florescent lights on and with a folded up sliding gate
Middle left photo - taken shortly before the provisions store was closed in 2006, after 105 years of business in this area. The front sliding gate had already been replaced by a roller-shutter for some time, the big Chinese words on shopfront above the roller shutter were very much deteriorated, yet it can still tell the shop was once a supplier of rice grains to the local community
Middle right - after this provision store was closed, the new occupant who runs a French restaurant did preserve the original vertical frontage; but then after business changed hands, the present owner re-decorated the shop front with modern fitting out. There is no idea what is remained behind
Right photo - close-up of the original shop front, the decorator who made this terrazzo frontage did leave his company name and telephone number at the skirting, giving a hint that it was made in the 1950s or earlier (5 digit phone number)
