Imagine... doing this every minute of each day your entire life.

This particular park offers a beautiful flower garden to stroll through and is a place that I always enjoy visiting. HSS!

Edited with a chalk pastel effect in Topaz Studio 2.

Thank you for your visits and comments, they're so appreciated. Have a great day and new week ahead!

An old-fashioned flower, bleeding hearts are blooming all over the place these days. For a bit of fun and because it's Sliders Sunday, I couldn't help but lightly edit the scene with an abstract filter and saturate the colour in Topaz Studio 2. Happy Sliders Sunday! HSS!

It's snowing and blowing right now, so a time when I like to remember warmer days. This image was taken at a local park that I frequent. Most of the time I am creeping around under the bridge in my quest to find frogs and insects, but this time the huge crabapple tree took the show. HSS!

I slightly saturated the colour and added an effect in Topaz Studio 2.

Thanks for stopping by and for leaving me a comment! Have a great day!

This large bloom was one of the last to bloom last year. For Sliders Sunday, I decided to take it to Topaz Studio 2 where I added an impressionism filter. HSS!

Thank you for your views and comments, always appreciated! Have a wonderful day!

These little weigela blooms found themselves in Topaz Studio 2 where I processed them with an impressionism filter, Renoir to be exact. Happy Sliders Sunday! HSS!

Our outside temperatures are dropping each night, and little squirrel needed to have a snack before crawling into his little nest for the long cold night ahead.

(Doc had just refilled little squirrel's feeder jar with peanuts, and he loves his peanuts.)

I took this picture of leaves with the one on top covered in dew drops because it caught my eye. Later on I decided to separate the leaf from the rest of the pile by creating my own water reflections using 3 layers of motion shots of autumn color leaves at various densities.

Pigza Bakin wasn’t a very good actor. The best he could get was a stand-in role, back, way back in the background. At first he didn’t understand the distant whir, and then the arriving alien ships, obliterating everything on the mother earth below.

In the end, Pigza Bakin was the lone survivor that dark, fateful day. And it is from his memory - you now see before you - we still have this beautiful, pleasant vision . . . Of How It Once Was.

How pleasant to lie on the soft, warm sand, bathed in sunlight . . . ADRIFT in the FLOW of ALL THAT IS.

Made with elements of sixteen stock images. All textures and treatments are my own.

THANK YOU ALL MY KIND FLICKR FRIENDS.

YOUR FAVS, COMMENTS AND INVITATIONS ARE VERY MOTIVATING AND APPRECIATED

I have captured this cabin from just about every angle, and in every season - but I have never posted one of it in autumn. Now that I have - it is unlikely that I will ever post another.

From new growth to nest building, Spring is finally here.

Way back in the year of 1896. Skookum Jim, Tagish Charlie, and George Washington Carmack, found gold in the Klondike, a discovery that started the Klondike Gold Rush.

Throughout the world, adventurers and fortune-seekers travelled often by poorly constructed boats, or they walked, as they sought their fortunes in the far north.

Many would die EnRoute - and indeed, many would perish here at Miles Canyon because they knew nothing about boat building, navigation, or swimming.

Doc and I have visited the area on several occasions, and we marvel at the history, and the beauty that surrounds us. It is definitely a "must see" on your way north.
