I think that earwigs are devouring most of my Dahlia's petals when in bud :-( I only learned of a preventative measure earlier this week,( too late for this season) rub petroleum jelly up the stem to prevent the earwigs climbing up to the flower or bud! A photo from a human sundae shoot I did recently. I love doing messy shoots like these and I'm forever grateful to the models that come and work with me on shoots like this. My friend Anouck also known as IdiotTwins on Deviant Art wanted to take a shot at editing this photo for me. She's an amazing artist and she is way better at Photoshop than I am. I really have a lot to learn from her. :)

Panorama of Pulau Ubin's waters. Was lucky to catch both the stormy clouds and the sunset at the same time, showing the clouds creeping over and covering the sunset. Loved this shot.

The city where I live has always had to contend with freeze/thaw cycles. They are fairly insane now. like more off the charts. This winter was fairly odd for its extremes. Now with spring the potholes are appearing. Some of them are axle-breaking. Some of them are ankle-breaking.
