Ahmed Firoze (Bengali: আহমেদ ফিরোজ) is a poet, short story writer, researcher and essayist.
He was born on 1st January 1976 at Natore. He has passed his adolescence at Pabna. His father’s name is Mohbub-ul-Alam and mothers name is Farida Begum Babi.
After completing his Honors’ and MA degrees in Bangla language and literature, he has devoted himself to researches in Language, literature and the War of Liberation. He started his writing career with poetry. Now he is going on writing songs, stories, poems, essays, screenplays, columns and so on. He also writes against the two deadly forces of contemporary life namely politics and priests.

Lambe lambe posters advertise concerts and cultural events. They have distinctive graphic qualities, and their name translates to “lick it, lick it”—a reference to the process of wheatpasting in which installers “lick” walls with their brushes to apply the paste and then “lick” the posters with another layer of glue to seal them in place.

Masked Vigilantes On Silent Motorbikes
(September 2022 to February 2023)
Made to appeal to broad audiences, posters both reflect and shape popular culture. They can be used by anyone from the largest corporations to DIY party promoters—and, just as they are a part of the city, they become a part of us when we interact with them.
Still, posters tend to be a one-way street, communication from brand or promoter to person. What if renegade artists steal that powerful visual language and twist it to best demonstrate the democratic potential of the medium?
Masked Vigilantes on Silent Motorbikes is not an exhibition of posters as art, but of art that incorporates found, re-configured, and even shredded posters as raw material for making new art, repurposing the poster’s innate ability to communicate succinctly and en masse.
