Nestled in the heart of the majestic Alps, this idyllic farm offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Here, time slows down to match the gentle pace of nature. The lush green pastures, dotted with vibrant wildflowers, stretch out towards a backdrop of towering snow-capped peaks that pierce the clear blue sky. Traditional wooden chalets with sloping roofs bask in the golden sunlight, their solar panels glinting—a nod to harmonious living with nature. This is a place where every breath is fresh and every view is a painting come to life. It’s not just a farm; it’s a slice of paradise where simplicity meets splendor.

Building the Tower
The developer demolishes the existing structures on his lot, freeing up their total FAR and purchases the unbuilt air rights that were originally part of Lot F.
A new tower containing their combined square footage can now be built on the devloper's corner lot. The air right transfer is done within the new Zoning Lot A2.
Additional bonus FAR is awarded by the city to developer due to the inclusion of street level public space created by using a smaller building footprint. This bonus square footage is absorbed into the tower, increasing it’s rentable floor space and height (improved views).
The Tax Lot D owner holds his air rights for now. They could be applied to a new development within Zoning Lot A2 or transferred to another property on the block as the ZLM borders all the remaining zone lots on the block.
It's important to note that each block contains a finite amount of allowable square footage, and while that square footage can be transferred and concentrated to properties within the block, that number cannot be increased with the exception of a few special circumstances. Hence a city block is not likely to be overrun by new towers, because the unbuilt air rights will be exhausted well before that.

Embracing the tranquil whispers of nature, this diptych captures the essence of Alpine majesty. Caught in a moment of symmetry, this pair of photographs presents a tale of two halves. On the left, a solitary figure ascends the steps, dwarfed by the grandeur of the gothic architecture that looms above. The cathedral’s spires reach for the heavens, a silent sentinel over the city’s heartbeat. On the right, time moves forward as another individual descends into the frame, their journey juxtaposed against the stillness of stone and sky. A warning sign stands guard at the forefront - ‘Glatteis’ it declares, cautioning against slippery paths ahead. Yet despite its warning, life moves unabated; an echo of resilience amidst whispers of history etched into every brick and cobblestone. Here is where paths cross and stories unfold - each step a narrative, each picture a frozen dance with time.

These developer time trials are almost impossible to do, so if you're a beginner at CTR, then I wouldn't recommend you do them.
The way to unlock developer time trials is to get a good time on time trial. This will unlock the Dr. N. Tropy times first which are good for beginners. Beating one of his times will unlock the Nitros Oxide times which means you'll need to get better. Beating one of his times will unlock the Emperor Velo XXVII times which means you'll have to start knowing every turn and shortcut in the game. After beating one of Velo's times, you will unlock the developer time trials which means you'll have to be perfect and not mess up.
Before you attempt the developer times, you will have to learn how to U-turn and drift boost. You also need to know every single shortcut in the game and how to maintain sacred fire and/or blue fire without messing up.
If you're wondering who WumpaLewis is, he is a YouTuber who uploads Crash Bandicoot related content and he attempted the dev times as well. Link to his YouTube channel:
www.youtube.com/channel/UClG-2HUvzagIIAz-fkPMwuw
Because I'm an expert at this game, I managed to beat the developers on every track.

This is the only night shot I ever took (1996) of the buildings. I never got a day shot of the buildings.
Pentax K1000, Kodak $00 Gold Film.
Lang Lee Chop Suey & PARK TV. Also known as Park Magnavox. Both closed roughly around 1998. Both businesses opened in the 50's.
In 1953, Mr Lee was looking to buy the house next to my grandparents house but couldn't due to the clause in the sales contract, "Can't sell to Black or Asian Blood". But the village would sell them business licenses, but they couldn't live here..............My how times have changed.
Lang Lee Chop Suey II in Orland Park has been in danger of closing for the past two years, The Mayor has a deal cooking with a devloper to redevelope the corner of 143rd & LaGrange Road and about 15 or more businesses would be lost. Its a big political mess out there.
Originally in the late 60's early 70s there was a Drug Store on the corner and Magnavox was a much smaller shop in the middle. My mom used to give me a dime and on the way home from school - which is across the street, I would stop off at the Drug Store for one of those Orange Push Up's. (the Ice Cream treat). When the Drug Store closed Magnavox expanded to the corner. I bought my first tabletop stereo at Magnavox in 1980. It had an 8 track & turntable.
