This was taken a long time ago. Devil's Slide is notorious for landslides that block Highway 1. Talks of building a tunnel through this area has been discussed but I don't know if they still plan to.
Photo taken with my old Crown Graphic with 90mm Schneider lens on Kodak TMAX 100 film. Aperture was probably around f/22 @ 1/15th.

This day we decided to drive/hike out the the Landscape Arch. It was a 2.5 mile trek in and back, but well worth it. We had 2 liters of water which we sipped often. The temperature was in the high 70’s, but the sun was blazing. About a quarter of the way we were in the shade of giant rocks. The view was gorgeous.
