Mmmm, deviled eggs! I made 2 different versions, classic and chipotlé. Planned to make this for Thanksgiving Dinner 2008, but I ended up not having time. Oh well, more for me, and freaking delicious!

I'd been wanting to try to make tiny deviled eggs for ages and I finally gave it a try.
Look at how cute they are! I overcooked them a bit, but I think that they were an overall success
The deviled eggs I promised myself I would make for Easter, even though we couldn't go to Olympia this year thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. I would have loved to make them more traditionally, but Shobhit wanted them to be garbanzo bean based since he doesn't care for mayonnaise. He never hesitates to eat regular ones when they are available, but whatever! For these I used a Whole Foods recipe that had only a tablespoon of mayo, mixed with mustard, the yolks, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, and I added some relish.
They were all right.
