This is a research and development worksheet which formed part of a brief following a type workshop. I have experimented with different words, type faces and letter forms. (Left hand side) I then used nets to create 3D packages - working with this idea and my chosen words I developed ways of giving type meaning. (Right hand side)

Day 2 of LDC. Participants learned teamwork and trust while having fun working together, learning a dance routine, stacking plastic cups, and hitting beach balls back and forth as they progressed across a field. They learned about the blood donation process and created posters illustrating the need for blood and its importance. They learned to assemble sleeping cots that are used in Red Cross shelters and how to put them away.

There was no school for students on Jan. 10, 2025. Instead, our staff was busy collaborating, planning, and attending professional development workshops. They had the chance to hear Darryl Hunter — adjunct college instructor, company trainer, high school basketball coach, and retired police officer — speak about the role of trauma in students' lives. It was a very informative session that provided teachers with new techniques for identifying and assisting students affected by trauma.

The Amplify development day saw the three youth theatre groups work towards creating their own political performances. The weekend took place on 10th and 11th June at each youth theatre’s home location. The Youth Theatre partners involved in the project were Firefly Arts, Youth Stuff at Dunoon Burgh Hall and Beacon Young Company. The groups were lead by artists David Banks, Jack Tully and Leonie Rae Gasson and assisted by trainee artists Lucy Dewar, Mikaela Aktag and Tsoi Huen Wong.

Students are increasingly using their smartphones to conduct research. They can access academic papers, research reports and eBooks to increase their knowledge and watch videos to better understand concepts.
Many stakeholders in the education sector are emphasizing the need for Android application development to aid learning.
• Intuitive Classroom Management: Mobile apps for the education sector are not limited to students. Even teachers can benefit from technological advancements.
