Peter Vesterbacka, an Entrepreneur and Founder at FinEst Bay Area, Mobile Monday, Angry Birds, and Slush, visited Kigali, Rwanda, to explore collaboration to establish a 3E Entrepreneurial mindset campus.
This initiative, a potential game-changer for the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, promises a brighter future for entrepreneurship in Rwanda.
The 3E Campus, a visionary project, aims to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among Rwandan youth and provide them with the skills and resources to succeed in the modern business landscape.
Ronny Eriksson was also part of the team and conducted a two-week pre-study with the Ministry of ICT & Innovation on how the 3E Campus can become a reality.
The Rwandan Embassy in Sweden and the Nordics, along with the Rwanda ICT and RDB and the Rwanda Development Board, played a pivotal role as the host and organizer of Peter Vesterbacka's visit. Their efforts, including exciting tours to Universities, Companies, Norrsken House, SFH—Health Posts, and more, deserve our utmost appreciation.

Day 2 of LDC. Participants learned teamwork and trust while having fun working together, learning a dance routine, stacking plastic cups, and hitting beach balls back and forth as they progressed across a field. They learned about the blood donation process and created posters illustrating the need for blood and its importance. They learned to assemble sleeping cots that are used in Red Cross shelters and how to put them away.

In July 2006 the City of Melbourne’s Community Cultural Development Program initiated a major community arts and cultural development project based at the Carlton Public Housing Estate. The implementation of the project was inspired by the State Governments’ announcement in the same year that the entire precinct would be redeveloped using a Private-Public Partnership (PPP) model at a projected cost of $500 million spanning more than a decade. It is the largest public housing redevelopment ever undertaken by the state involving the demolition of around 190 flats and the relocation of hundreds of tenants.
As producer the City of Melbourne established a formal partnership with the Victoria State Government Office of Housing (OoH), Carlton Local Agencies Network (CLAN), Carlton Housing Estate Resident Services (CHERS), North Yarra Community Health (NYCH), and tenants in the delivery of the project.
Over the last two years photographer Angela Bailey and writer Helen Spyrou have been engaged in a residency at the estate. Working with current and relocated tenants they have been documenting the redevelopment acknowledging the contribution made by the diverse communities living on the estate to Carlton and wider Melbourne.

This is a research and development worksheet which formed part of a brief following a type workshop. I have experimented with different words, type faces and letter forms. (Left hand side) I then used nets to create 3D packages - working with this idea and my chosen words I developed ways of giving type meaning. (Right hand side)
