It's far, far away from even alpha stage, but I'm finally sensing the slightest feel that this might actually work out.
For the uninitiated, this little popup window is feature in Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger that comes with an Oxford English thesaurus and dictionary, and lets you quickly look up any English word merely by pressing ctrl-cmd-D. Hugely convenient, but unfortunately thus far a private, undocumented and rather obscure API. My goal: to extend it to work with MYSTlore (and perhaps other stuff later on).
The above is not a fake screenshot. It is far from a complete implementation, but it is a live screenshot. No photoshopping, no nothing; just a crop of the rest of the screen. Making screenshots of this panel is actually hard; you have to use the "Timed Screen" mode, rather than invoking a keyboard shortcut (because that shortcut would close the panel immediately!).
I call it "Project Cawdrey". Look it up on Wikipedia. :-)

River View Cemetery was established in 1869, by civic leaders of Aurora, Indiana, and is identified with the social history of the town's development from being an Ohio River frontier outpost to the maturing community of commerce and wealth in the later half of the 19th century. The original thirty-acre plat of River View Cemetery was professionally designed in the recognized style of the ""rural"" cemetery movement, a declaration of the town's progress and material capacity. Thus, River View Cemetery demonstrates significance on local, state and national levels. With minimal exceptions, headstones and monuments in the original plat date from the cemetery's founding in 1869 to the middle of the 20th century. Additions of architecture and burial plots are characteristic to their respective periods and otherwise complement the historic scale and character. A twelve-acre 1945 expansion to the cemetery is distinguished from the original plat and does not intrude upon its context or character. With the modern expansion being the place of most contemporary burials, the area of original location maintains its integrity of design, setting, materials, workmanship, feeling and association, therefore meeting National Register Criteria A, C and Criteria Consideration D (for a cemetery). River View Cemetery has statewide significance as one of Indiana's early examples of a professionally designed landscape. The cemetery was an out-of-the-ordinary commission for noted regional architect William Tinsley, which also contributes to the statewide significance of the property.

16 September 2020. Asian Development Fund (ADF) donors have agreed to a replenishment of more than $4 billion for the ADF 13 and Technical Assistance Special Fund 7, for the 4-years from 2021 to 2024, in a meeting held on the sidelines of the 53rd Annual Meeting of the ADB Board of Governors (2nd Stage). The total size of the replenishment represents a 7% increase in comparison to the previous replenishment, which covered the 2017-2020 period. In his opening remarks, ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa highlighted that both funds will be critical in responding to the COVID-19 crisis and building an inclusive and sustainable recovery in the poorest and most vulnerable countries.
This was the ADF 13 third and final replenishment meeting as part of a negotiation process that started in November 2019 and continued in February 2020. The ADF provides grants to ADB's lower-income developing member countries and supports critical thematic agendas in the Asia and Pacific region.
ADB’s second stage of its 53rd Annual Meeting will be held via virtual meetings and online seminars from 17 to 18 September. At the event, Ministers from ADB members, ADB Management, and development and industry experts will discuss a range of issues confronting Asia and the Pacific as it responds to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. This is the typography development I explored for a domestic abuse campaign in which I researched different options and their suitability in relation to the rest of the campaign. I also designed my own fonts to assess how effective they would be, before deciding on the most successful. By using the research page, which outlined the aims and needs of my campaign, I could focus on the requirements of my target audience.
