Leadership Development Program Online – The Benefits
When you hire a new supervisor, it is important to review the benefits of having them complete a leadership development program online, such as 14 Vital Supervision Skills. These programs allow new supervisors to have the convenience of completing the training at their own pace—within reason, of course. Supervisors will also have the opportunity to review the training modules any time they need a reminder on the finer points of management, or they can refer to it if they are not sure how to handle a particular situation. An extensive training program will also help your supervisors be more productive right from the beginning.
It is hard to retain information when you feel rushed, but supervisors who complete a Leadership Training Development Programs Online or Website can do so at their own speed. However, time is of the essence in any business, and that is why each training module in the 14 Vital Supervision Skills program is presented in about six to eight minutes. The modules are intense and focus on the most important elements of being a supervisor. This program stands out above all the rest because it delivers the most effective training in the shortest amount of time, so companies will save money on training costs in the long run.
Information overload is not an uncommon affliction of new employees, and new supervisors are no exception. There is a great deal of information to retain from a Leadership Training Programs Online or Website, and fortunately, the 14 Vital Supervision Skills program makes it easy for supervisors to review the training modules anytime as long as you have uploaded them to your website. It is also difficult to cover every possible situation that could come up during training, so supervisors can also use the modules as a reference if a tough problem comes up. Even if the specific issue is not addressed, supervisors can still easily get advice on how to handle a similar problem.
An effective leadership development program online will help your supervisors be more productive right from the time they step into their new position, too. The more productive your supervisors are, the more effective your employees will be. This is why the 14 Vital Supervision Skills program is so beneficial to training regimens everywhere. Our product presents the right information in the format you need to keep things running smoothly during your new supervisor’s transition into their new job. When you need to present employees with the best information available online, on DVD, or via PowerPoint presentation, think of 14 Vital Supervision Skills!
A shot of an Applieddata.net BitsyXB development system that we've been tinkering with. It comes armed with a XScale processor (no pun intended) and our particular system boots Linux -- in this case its running Debian unstable off a USB attached hard drive.
Check out our blog post about it (or, tangentally about it).

ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. -- U.S. Army research and development centers are collaborating to design new ammunition packaging that could yield significant cost savings and improve battlefield capability, officials said.
Two organizations within the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command -- the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center and Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center -- are developing a packaging system for 5.56-millimeter ammunition as an alternative to fabric bandoleers.
The new system is being developed for the Project Director Joint Services in support of the Program Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems. It could save considerable cost by using lightweight and inexpensive plastic packaging materials with a design that will allow for automated packing at the ammunition manufacturing plant, said Dan Klein, an engineer with ARDEC’s Packaging Division who serves as the program lead.
