It’s been 10days since my last post and almost 7 days since I drowned my iPhoneX in a pool. Im reasonably reliant on my smartphone (reliant as in it’s akin to a limb) and have often wondered if Im addicted. After a week of sudden detoxification I’m proud to say, im doing ok. It got me wondering if I was really addicted in the first place or just suffering from some learned compulsive, repetitive behaviour 🤔

Today I did my homework, cleaned my room, listened to this amazing playlist, meditated and gave myself a reality check. I was looking through some old photos today and just comparing them to my photos now/assessing my growth in the past year and a half. I realized how much I have advanced since my early stages, yet lately I feel like my work has been declining a bit in both quantity and quality. I set goals for myself today and really want to get back into doing what I love.

Though science and religion rarely share a similar perspective, there are many scientifically valid reasons for this religious condemnation of pork. Pigs really are dirty, unclean animals that eat almost anything, including rotten food, urine, faeces, maggot-infested carcasses and even cancerous growths. That is the nature of the scavenger, and being raised on an organic, sustainable farm will not change that nature.
This unpleasant diet wouldn't necessarily be a problem for humans if pigs had a digestive system that effectively removed the toxins from their bodies, but therein lies the problem: They don't. Unlike ruminant animals such as cows, sheep and goats, which can take up to 24 hours to digest their vegetarian food, pigs digest their foul food within a mere four hours. This is not nearly long enough to remove excess toxins, so those toxins are stored within the fat cells and organs of the pig itself. Worse still, pigs do not have sweat glands (which are important agents for detoxification), further compounding their toxic load.
Consequently, pigs are walking vessels of parasites, viruses and other destructive organisms.
Nile zander fillet with artichoke
- nile zander fillet (400g);
- canned marinated artichoke hearts (200g in a 425ml can);
- onion;
- red bell pepper;
- garlic;
- white wine;
- salt & pepper;
- lemon juice.
Before I start, I want to tell why artichoke?
It's a great vegetable that many people just do not eat. I first ate artichoke in Germany. It is an amazing helper against cholesterol and detoxification.
Nile zander might not be rich in Omega 3, but I love it. For Omega 3 you should use salmon fillet.
Ok. Like every time, images are almost self-explanatory.
Again, put as much as you think you will eat. Nothing bad can happen if you have a little more fish or onion and so on.
The nile zander fillet will be fried. You can also put it into the oven if you like.
Use just a pinch of oil. Should be done in 5 to 10 minutes.
Chopped onion and bell pepper will be fried until they soften. Add the artichoke and the garlic (minced or sliced).
Artichoke was canned (Bio) and about half of the liquid was poured into the pan as well.
Add 50ml of white wine.
Salt & pepper according to taste.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with lemon and/or lemon juice.

This is not a poem, but there is a chance that it will inspire various artists, and most importantly, for action to restore our privacy. May those who are inspired by me remember to note this fact, as an elementary respect.

In my twenties, full of self-belief and ambition, I felt that I would become a well-known and successful artist.
Over two decades of internet activity.
Building an official website of myself, which presents a wide variety of my works.
Winged activity on several artist and photography websites.
One of the main reasons I decided to build my own website is the fact that I wanted my works to be published, and I would find myself a target audience of customers for my various works.
All of this and more brought many friendships my way, naturally and appropriately.
However, and to my great regret, many know that my privacy was taken due to professional espionage or due to personal interests, a painful example of an attempted takeover.
In current thinking, and not only, I am interested in restoring my privacy immediately.
Over many years of activity as a well-known artist, many have supported my work.
A few days before my birthday, I ask everyone who is able, wants, can restore my privacy, to do so, and not to delay in one decision or another.
This is my good in life, the good of those dear to my heart and also the good of the community.
In my accurate assessment, it would be good for everyone, all those who are addicted to me or to private content about me, to wean themselves from me, or my dear ones completely, instead of this, to create the content you desire in your life.
Those who are truly interested in a relationship with me, will establish direct and appropriate contact with me, based on a deep acquaintance with content that has been viewed in a mutually appropriate manner, for mutual support.
The entire population must be weaned from our privacy, all its aspects, or its content.
We must be allowed to live, reside, work, study, without spying or viewing private content.
Without types living in the neighborhood who aim to harass in various ways and hinder our goals of advancing in our work, due to their addiction, their improper operation or boredom, and their improper emotions.
And not only that, but a significant health hazard.
It is forbidden to exploit our privacy or the content that is viewed in our privacy.
Solutions must be organized for privacy addicts. You could consult me for a fee on such matters.
Today and every day, I must think about what I see as my personal best interests, and those of my dear family.

I miss Walt Whitman Mall! Thank God Friday is a short day… I have to force myself to go shopping for San Francisco... Walt Whitman Fridays … ♥️ So, I figured it out… If someone is having a bad week or month, or year, they can do the following… Eat… but that’s not a good idea because you gain weight and feel miserable! Exercise or do a lot of walking, read good books, listen to music & have sex… basically, all the good stuff that knocks the bad ones out and fills you up with endorphins! Basically, brain detoxification! 💚💚 I use books sometimes for my plane & train anxiety. As a teenager, when I liked someone, I would either be mean or not speak. I would not show up to one on one meetings because my anxiety would give me such tachycardia that I would not be able to say anything without looking ridiculous. And I’m not a shy person at all, but in some cases, I go through bad anxiety attacks. I can write text messages, but I’m actually relieved to see no answers because, depending on a person, it can set me into anxiety mode. Books are the ones that switch that switch in my brain into the normal mode. But again to make long story short I love books. Books and photos they make happy. They just do!

Dandelion is a perennial plant growing almost everywhere, which can reach 38 cm in height. This plant has only basal leaves. Each leaf is toothed or lobed. The flower-heads are up to 4.5 cm wide, yellow. The florets number 40 to over 100 per head, that are yellow or orange-yellow in color. Blooms first appear in mid spring and continue into early winter. Seeds are enclosed singly within fruiting bodies and are attached to a long slender stalk that terminates in a parachute-like structure called a pappus. Seeds are transported in the wind. Euell Gibbons in his classic book Stalking the Wild Asparagus devotes over four pages to the many tasty dishes that can be made from this common plant while homeowners and greens keepers spend millions of dollars on toxins to eliminate Dandelions from their lawns. Dandelion has enormous medicinal value.
Medicinal uses

· For rheumatic pains of the legs and waist: use 3 to 6 gms of dried material in the form of decoction.
· Pounded fresh leaves may be applied as poultice for snakebites or may be used as insecticide.
· Poultice of leaves applied or rubbed on area of snake and insect bites.
· For sprains and bone pains: Oiled leaves or bark material are heated and applied to painful areas.
· Croton seed oil has been used as purgative.
· Seed oil used for treatment of schistosomiasis and other intestinal parasites.
· Roots, bark, seeds, and leaves considered a drastic purgative.
· Bruised root applied to carbuncles and cancerous sores.
· Testa used for fluxes.
· In Annam, bark used as a tonic.
· In Java and Kelantan, roots are finely shredded, mixed with water, and drunk by women as abortifacient.
· Diluted tincture of croton seeds used as a stimulant and applied in certain cutaneous affections, like eczema, ichthyosis and erythema.
· Seeds, while half-roasting over a lamp or candle flame, is inhaled through the nostril to relieve asthma.
· Croton oil is rubbed on the skin as rubefacient and counterirritant.
· Internally, croton oil us used as a powerful hydragogue, cathartic, and purgative. In excessive doses, it can cause severe purging, collapse and death.
· Liniment used as stimulant and applied to chronic rheumatism, neuralgia, glandular and other indolent swellings, chronic bronchitis and other pulmonary affections.
· Croton oil is used in dropsy, obstinate constipation, intestinal obstructions, and lead poisoning; as a preliminary laxative in leprosy; and as a revulsive in apoplexy. A few drops at the base of the tongue produces catharsis.
· As a blister, applied to the scalp in acute cerebral diseases, to the cord in spinal meningitis, to the chest in chronic bronchitis, and to the throat in laryngitis. Used in lock-jaw and mania.
· In Ayurveda, considered purgative; known as Kumbhini, used in the treatment of constipation after Sodhana (detoxification process) of seeds with Godugdha (cow's milk). (15)
