So, my dad ( www.flickr.com/photos/doxology ) and I finally went to this abandoned building (really small though) in the everglades. It was kind of scary. There was literally no life in there, not even insects of any kind. I think I got some pretty cool shots there, I'll be posting more later

Bircherley Green Hertford is being redeveloped and to see part of the town centre today made me think about the Dylan song of that name. To be fair to the builders are being incredible tidy but it's just sad to see it like this.
I include two verses of this wonderful morbid tone which seem to fit the bill.
They're selling postcards of the hanging

More from the military and Mauken. This place gets wicked cold in the winter with temeratures down to -30 Celcius (-22 F), and that’s not including the wind blowing like mad. I do not particulary miss this place you could say.

Used Lomo Metropolis to turn this pathway at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo into a desolate environment under an alien sun. Yellows really pop as can be seen in the tree in the background.
