Début août j'ai appris par hasard que les chapelles du canton étaient ouvertes les mercredis après-midi . Quelle aubaine ! Il en est encore que je n'ai pu visiter ou que je n'ai pu revisiter depuis bien longtemps .
Je poursuis par la chapelle Notre-Dame de Lannien ( marikavel.com/bretagne/edern/chapelle-notre-dame-de-lanni... ) . Je n'ai pas souvenir y être jamais entré .
Il faisait fort sombre . Un Monsieur m'a gentiment proposé d'éclairer . Je croyais qu'il suffisait de manœuvrer un interrupteur . Et bien non, la chapelle n'est pas raccordée et je l'ai vu sortir avec un gros rouleau de câble . Merci !

Many different companies manufactured and marketed this drug under more than 200 different brand names.
These Stilbestrol tablets are current Taipei-VGH drugs marketed by Taipei Veterans General Hospital.

Des Ark after the show given at 1000fryd last January.
Des Ark is actually Aimee Argote (yellow shirt on the right), the drummer in the middle left the band and the third girl is Tasha Trasher from Hope and Anchor. Since the last split record she’s been working with Ben Davis from Milemarker (pictures soon) and did awesome acoustic work. There are bands that are too good and that are burning, Des Ark is one of those.
On a side note, I have decided to not post anymore concert pictures in the photolog, unless they are very good. Concert pictures are always too boring, or maybe it’s me, I don’t know. So I will mostly post random stuff and portraits in the photolog. All the concerts will be on my flickr.

This is a photograph that I took before the start of the Lancashire Automobile Club's Manchester to Blackpool Veteran and Vintage Car Run in June 1978. It's a 1907 Rover 20 with a Roi-des-Belges body, a car that was produced from 1907 to 1910 and had a 4-cylinder inline 3,251cc engine. The programme of the event had this note about the car (with the original spelling error);

This model was originally announced in 1905 as the 16/20 h.p. car. Cylinder dimensions of 95mm x 110 mm were the same as those of the 1905 6 h.p. car and several components were common. The model achieved fame by winning the Tourist Trophy Race in the Isle of Man during 1907 driven by Ernest Courtis, who was Rover's Chief Tester at the time. His average speed was 28.8 mph for six laps of the 40.3 mile circuit. The car's normal maximum in "as sold" condition was about 45 mph and the chassis price was £375.
I understand that this car is now in the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

When I was scoping out an agenda for our East Village Photowalk (April 18, 2009), I took a few pics to test the waters, so to speak.
Added some textures.
I spend big bucks on a D700 and a Nikkor 24-70mm..then I go fritz up the image with dirty and scratchy textures..go figure....
I coulda' done this with a Holga !

The Des Plaines Oasis opened in 1959 and eventually will be torn down to make room for the Tollway's multibillion-dollar plans to add a fourth lane in each direction from O'Hare to Elgin, and to connect the Elgin O'Hare Expressway with I-90 and the Tri-State Tollway.
The Anse des Cascades (Waterfall bay) is a small and picturesque bay located on the east coast of the Réunion island near Ste-Rose. Its name is due to a series of waterfalls which are most appreciated by tourists and local people especially during weekends. The place is very peaceful with a little boat harbour and ideal for picnics and relaxation.

7th grade students at Callanan Middle School in Mr. Bonte's and Ms. Stewart's class participated in a sidewalk chalk activity designed to raise awareness for 2015 Earth Day. Students are learning about how human actions affect the environment in both positive and negative ways. Our hope is that this activity helps shine a light on environmental issues and solutions.
