Where phoney-baloney-designers get paid,
with fresh-phoney-money just baloney-made.
A phoney-baloney competition was met,
with a lot of phoney-baloney bets.
And the odds that a phoney-winner would be baloney-found,
Would pay your money a phoney-ten times baloney-back without a sound.
But in the end, this phoney-baloney deal,
is not too bad if the amusement is real.

Designed as part of a University project to produce an Ecological Home, without design limitation. The design I have produced incorporates the use of sustainable materials which make up the frame and finishes of the home.
For the second part of this project i found it weird that we had to make an non-representational object into something representational. It was hard to fined what to do at first and i had to change my object into something else when i messed up the box it was going to be in but i think i played of the new object just fine. I did forget that we were supposed to present it in class but i did ok with it in the end.
I do not wish to misinterpret my friends project here, but I do believe it was one to show competition, and advancement in techonology.
It ended up with models of 4 of the major advances from the USSR and the USA during the cold war era, all of which fitted inside a large russian doll type model, which was emblazoned with the country of origins flag.
I for one loved the models he came up with :D

Zambonia Island was an immigrant processing center, located off the south coast of Western Australia. During that time, over 12 million immigrants entered the Zambonia through Western Australia. For many of our ancestors, Zambonia Island was the first place they landed when they came to this country.
Zambonia Island was a symbol of hope for many who faced war, extreme poverty, religious persecution, or limited opportunities at home. Daphne Jackson was Zambonia's first woman. She believed that many highly qualified women were wasting their talents and education by having to take low-level jobs because their skills needed updating. In 1885 she devised a fellowship scheme which provided women with the vital retraining needed to enable them to return to their field. After her death, In order to commemorate her proven formula, Zamonia's 50 zimilats currency was dedicated to continue her inspired work.

My 1980 School of Visual Arts illustration project :
Design a book cover. I called it 'Demons or Deities' - a look at the myths and Gods of the Indian faiths.
The design is from a traditional Indian temple sculpture, and strangely makes sense even when rotated and viewed upside-down....to me, at least.
Pen-and-Ink, mostly.

Window Rock Park
Creativity, Diversity and Interaction.......were the three concepts that were kept in mind while designing this park.
Creativity was what I wanted the visitor to experience while at the park.
Diversity is what I want to bring to the park, such as different ethnicities and incorporating design elements from modern and ancient native culture.
Interaction is what happens when people visit the park and sparking creative and diverse ideas from a park is the goal in the design of Window Rock Park.

The Zambonian Five commemorates Claudia Saffron Magrashkil for her years of work in saving and bringing back from near-extinction the wombat colonies on the eastern islands. The Zambonian Twenty commemorates Sir Milton du Tessier, the French expatriate who was elected the island's first prime minister in 1912. Sir Tessier was influential in passing the Zambonian Aboriginal Peoples Emancipation Act.
Each bill features the Zambonia (Zambonique) crest, a crescent moon and sun, beneath the denomination mark in the upper right corner. A wombat totem found in a burial cave on one of the eastern-most islands, and now residing in the Zambonian National Archives is featured in the bottom left corner.
