What makes Glorious Sunny Gempants so special?
* Well, for starters, she's the 375th Chickenpants, which is a very nice round number in my mind.
* More importantly, she has somewhere in the range of 600 (SIX. HUNDRED.) rhinestones embedded in her pants. All of these were hand set by me. I have the burns to prove it. (Set with hot glue. Sort of like a really tacky mosaic.) And those little bits are kind of expensive.
* She's heavy! All that plastic and glue has made her weigh 2 whole ounces!
* A simple button would not do for a belt buckle, so I used a vintage earring instead. It too is embedded with rhinestones, and what appears to be a fake opal.
* Also, she has been the most time consuming Chickenpants to date. More time consuming than even the 5 foot tall Gigantor Chickenpants.
She is number 375 in the grand scheme of Chickenpants. (Meaning she was the 375th one made)

Llyoyd Doblerpants is a busy guy. He's not only trying to win the heart of the school valedictorian, he's also trying to focus on his kickboxing.
He features an entirely hand stitched boombox, with a felt tape that is no doubt Peter Gabriel. He wears a faux-leather trench coat, too. Can you say time consuming? 'Cause I can.
The boombox is stitched to his little hands to keep it iconic looking. The trench coat unsnaps at the top, if you want a different look.
Meet Manny the three-toed tree sloth. He is a hopeless romantic who loves to hang in the trees all day and night. Manny's poetry and music are highly revered throughout the Rainforest. Who wouldn't want to be his new muse?
BatBun was in my neighborhood today. It looked like he was shooting a scene for a movie. Maybe he finally got his own reality show?

I made this bunny using some of my favorite fabrics. He has a cute tail in the bag and embroidered details on his face. Other bunnies like him will be available on Etsy.

Matt brought me presents from Atlanta since I had to stay home and give Ziggy and Grimm medicine two times a day. Here are 2 of the presents! I have such a nice husband!!!!
Liz Lemonpants! Our favorite fictional head writer of a comedy sketch program. Liz comes complete with glasses, messy hair, a craving for cheese, and a sharp wit. Oh, and a Slanket. Which she uses ironically. Uh, just so you know.
Harry Cranepants is the head of the Media Department at Sterling Coop. It's not that exciting, though. The Media Department is really just him, overworked in a cramped little office.
About the Mad Men Chickenpants:
Mad Men Chickenpants are dressed up in homage to one of the most stylish shows on tv. The series has really captured my imagination. Except for season three. Yawn.
I created--er stumbled upon in the Whimsy Patch--Salt Water Taffy Giraffe as a special order shower gift. She sports a faux patchwork print fabric for her bodice, has a saltwater taffy striped tummy and foot pads, and bold fuschia antlers and tail. I made her body with a combination of hand stitching and machine stitching. Her facial details were complete entirely with hand embroidery. She'll make a sweet friend for the baby girl soon to enter the world!

A Whimsy Patch Creation
While Baily was scouting new recruits, Apricot Jam decided she would take this as an opportunity for free time from her training. She perched herself atop a bird house and enjoyed the shade and the view. (She also wanted to take the opportunity to show off her lovely headband. Quite cute, indeed!)

First in the My Little Chickenpants series is, appropriately enough, Twilight Sparkle(pants)! The brainy, hyper organized, overachiever we all know and love. Now in Chickenpants format! Also, I think I can safely say, this is the first time a chicken has ever been crossed with a pony.
The Chubster likes the food at La Mosquée :D Have to watch him all the time or he will blow himself up...
