Penelope is the first Tooth Fairy to be discovered in the Whimsy Patch. Salt Water Taffy Giraffe told me that tooth fairies live in the Whimsy Patch, but I had to see so for myself. Penelope was created with a LOT of love and care. She has soft, fluffy wings for flying, and a cute little wand for casting sleepy spells on children to ensure they don't wake and spot her, and a little pocket for a tooth and subsequent monetary gift for said tooth.

Polly, made to coordinate with the Whimsy Bear Peaches, wears a retro pattern headband (not removable,) a polka dot purse that can be filled with little goodies, and striking booties that can be removed if desired. Her leggings coordinate with the accent fabric used on Peaches. Polly's facial features were carefully hand embroidered. Polly sits well when propped.
