This one deserves a few words. I've been playing lately with ICM - intentional camera movements. Not an easy technique, and far from obvious in a mountain environment. But I gave it a try on my last trip, and I felt that this one was a decent picture. Curious to find out the reaction... comments are more than welcomed!

The SH760 was a "mid-level" car for officials that did not deserve an FAW Hongqi.

Original design works and trial builds begun in 1959 under the "Pheonix" brand (凤凰牌) based on East European models.

The final production design was based on the Mercedes-Benz W180 model, production was approved in 1959, but only a few cars were build under the "Phoenix" brand until the brand was changed to "Shanghai" (上海牌) in 1964, when production was also increased.

But it remained a "small scale" production, with assembly by hand, components and parts sitting on the shelves for a long time until some even corroded before assembly. Not an issue though, as the steel was so thick that this did not really matter...

The SH760 was produced until 1991, with some facelifts applied and model number changes (SH760A, SH760B, SH 7221). Total lifetime volume was around 79,500 vehicles.

This church deserves two saints in its name! Located in Petersburg IA (pop.150) a wonderful Gothic Revival design of stone. Currently under renovation so I could not go inside.

It is huge and occupies most of the town.. still has 225 families registered to it. I believe it was constructed in 1906.

All children deserve a safe warm house. Growing up without such a basic need destroys their childhood and impacts on their health and education.

With such a cold winter this year its important to remember those not as fortunate as ourselves, who don't have a nice warm home. Shelter do such a fantastic job in helping those with housing difficulties we think its important to recognise their efforts.

She set a milestone because she was the first woman to hold this position in Germany. I think she did a good job of treating all the heads of state in the world with great diplomacy. Respect and thanks for 16 years of her life in which she served our country and is now going into well-deserved retirement!

Ich finde, sie hat eine guten Job gemacht, indem sie allen Staatsoberhäupter der Welt stets mit großer Diplomatie begegnete. Respekt und Dank für 16 Jahre ihres Lebens in denen sie unserem Land gedient hat und nun in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand geht!
