Al Udied AFB, Scotland, and England

Location: My home, Norfolk. Focal point: NWU uniform Comments: in my defense we've had a ton of problems with weather out here, tornados, hurricanes, more tornadoes, etc. Lots of clean up, lots of power surges as things get fixed. My camera batteries died, and the charger was fried. I have one on the way but it won't be here until Wednesday. So I was forced to use my phone for this assignment. The storyline it follows is in relation to deployment. No body to fill the uniform it's to symbolize the emptiness that is felt when the service member goes away. First the pants and boots get put on, then the undershirt, the uniform top, the hat. The service member often feels pride and duty as they get ready to serve the country. The family is not the only one affected, pets are often in tune with the fact that something is changing and try to understand. But in the end, the day comes to leave, and the service member grabs their gear and has to leave. All that is left is a sense of patriotism, broken hearts, and 'I'll see you later"s, never goodbyes.

As each section is paid out it is inflated.
