A very delicious fruit indeed!! I really enjoyed eating this Mangosteen. I had two of them actually!! What a great tropical fruit. I found them at my local organic produce store, Kunara Organics.
We found this wonderful treat on our stop in Belgium a few months ago...You can't beat Belgian waffles from Belgium.

There is a small water fountain at Santana Row, a place for hipsters in the Silicon Valley. I took this shot at a wide open f1.8 to get this shallow depth of field, resulting in blurred lights in the back.
I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, and desaturated the result.

This fruit is delicious, especially dipped in molten dark chocolate, then left to cool in the icebox.

We've been having afternoon heat showers .. just about every day now. I couldn't help myself, and on my way home I stopped the car and took a few pictures!

They have silken soft tofu

and you can drizzle with sweet ginger sauce
or with caramel sauce.
You can even have it with tapioca balls.
