The 2013 Annual Meeting of Delegates is the official business meeting of the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Over the course of two days, MTA member-educators from all over the state discuss key education issues, hear from speakers, and determine the future direction of the organization. This includes action on the association budget, dues, proposed bylaws and resolutions and new business items.

Finally, the UPI delegates voted, their ballots collected and returned to be tallied. Incumbent AFT President Randi Weingarten was re-elected. Voting here are (clockwise from left) Anthony Andrews, GSU; Barbara Lawrence, EIU; Carol Jean Dudley, EIU; John Miller, WIU; and John Allison, EIU.
