The 100-member West Virginia House of Delegates meets in this chamber in the capitol. In the session just ending Republicans outnumber Democrats 64-36. The chamber is a relatively small room and must be a tight fit when all the delegates are present.

FORT INDIANTOWN GAP, Pa. -- State and Federal delegates visited the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center’s facilities at Fort Indiantown Gap on May 2. Highlights of the tour included a stop at the High Risk Entry Facility where the delegates witnessed training exercises through the closed-circuit monitoring system. Delegates also enjoyed a presentation and demonstration in the polygraph training area. The Northeast Counterdrug Training Center is one of five National Guard Counterdrug Training Centers and has trained more than 100,000 law-enforcement, community-based organization, and military personnel since its opening in 1998.
