Ars Electronica Solutions is pleased to announce the opening of the second Deep Space in China. Following the successful premiere in Shanghai at the end of 2023, the Deep Space has now been opened in the M511 complex in Hangzhou. The focus is on presenting applications from the fields of media arts, cultural heritage, and science communication, offering fascinating insights into a wide range of artistic and scientific topics. Deep Space Hangzhou places great emphasis on collaboration with local artists to create a deeper connection with Hangzhou’s art scene and foster new, innovative forms of digital art.

Taken leaning out of the window at work - a great way to start a nightshift. There were spectacular skies every night for weeks last year - right up until the school summer holidays started, at which point it started an eight week long rainny season!

Day three of the Big Island of Hawaii finds us in the Volcano National Park exploring the Kilauea Iki crater. Deeper inot the Crater and thelava floor begins to loose its smooth appearance.
