Roll Deep perform at the BBC's legendary Maida Vale studios for BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra. This is the week that their single 'Green Light' is released. There was literally 200 copies between them & Eminem / Flo Rida at the top of the UK singles chart today (17th August 2010).

The only place I've ever had this Scottish "delicacy" is in Canada funnily enough. They don't look very appetising, but with a dollop of vanilla ice cream they are devine!

@ Novaha Restaurant. It's a meat-eating country and we don't eat meat. We often missed the main course.... but my guidebook said this restaurant has some fish. So we tried. The taste was OK. I don't complain. :)
