That's more than just a fringe, isn't it?
This is the SOOC JPEG, taken with the camera set as i usually have it, iR and iD both on, sharpness up and NR down, standard photo stye.
I wondered if the effect might be due to the way the camera processed the RAW data, so i had a go with Lightroom with default settings. Have a look at Deep purple 2 to see the result.

I really wanted to experiment with candle lights. So i took some candles and took few shots around 2-3 am.
This was the first instance when i tried a self potrait with a timer. I felt a problem with focus. Didn't really know how to focus, on an empty front as i was behind the camera adjusting the focus. Any tip, how to handle such self potrait shots?

Through a joint partnership with the Maryland Forest Service, Deep Creek Lake State Park and Volunteers, the Thayerville fire tower was put back into operation as a visitor destination. It is the only fire tower in Maryland that is still in working order.
