The Calais Town Hall being deconstructed prior to being lifted off its current foundation and moved to higher ground. It is in a flood zone now.

ripping up the new concrete between the tram tracks on Flinders St. There were about 10 Kato's with Jackhammer attachments working on about 800m of track. The noise was tremendous. They had to get the tracks up, lay a new sewer pipe, and get the tracks back down again in one weekend.

They are tearing down an entire ugly Business Park near where my mother used to work. Deconstruction fascinates me way more than Construction.

When they re-did the air conditioning earlier this year, they never connected my neighbor's drain to the central pipe. So for a couple months, it's been rotting away at my baseboard and floor.
