Blade runner figs, they're either a benefit or a hazard

and this one is definitely a HAZARD.

Personally i hate this fig. the head, the torso i hate everything about this.

Not sure why i uploaded this

maybe i need to hear some well earned feedback or something i don't know.

Maybe it's all in my head who knows...

Maybe i need a break.

Thanks.

aka The Heath Ledger Joker.

So I've been down on inspiration recently, but today I re watched The Dark Knight with my Mother who had never seen it, and that gave me some inspiration to make a this.

I am surprised that I have never actually made this, considering how much I love the movie and how much I adore this version of Joker.

Credit where credit is due. I was inspired to make the second grey coat inside of the purple coat by Andy, and how I made that coat was inspired by Aaron's Rick Deckard.

The face was an elf head with the eyebrow and mouth rubbed off. I then painted the face white to get the make up look, and then added the mouth and other details.

His hair is just painted Anakin hair.

His torso was a standard Lego light blue torso. The green vest is made from e-tape. The tie and shirt details are just painted on.

The grey coat is made from a Lego Gandalf cape, and does not actually wrap around the torso. I simply glued the bits required to the front of the torso to make it appear to be a full coat.

The purple coat is made from a Lego pirate ship sail.

His legs are just dark blue legs with the brown shoes and pin strips painted on. The chain on his leg is made from a piece of jewelry.

I am very satisfied with this figure. This is the most I have been satisfied with a figure for a while, so please let me know what you think.

EDIT: So today, January 22nd, is actually the day that Heath Ledger passed away. I made this figure and watched The Dark Knight again yesterday on the 21st. The thing is, I had no idea today was the day that he passed, so it's just a really odd coincidence that this figure was made when it was.

Let's start hunting Replicants.

I've wanted to make Blade Runner figs for a while, and this seemed like an excellent opportunity. I originally made them with the intention of lining them up next to my Christo Deckard fig but, that's in Oregon, where I'm not right now, so this fig stolen from TCMazz1 will have to do.

Gaff, Rachael. Deckard, Roy Batty, Pris.

Bonus points if you've read the book it's based on.

Lemme know what you think, and Happy New Year, all!

At the end of the world....

une petite pensée pour Deckard ...........

Who are these guys? They aren't recognizable.

Rachael: Do you like our UBahn-station?

Deckard: It's artificial?

Rachael: Of course it is.

Deckard: Must be expensive.

Rachael: Very.

Rachael: I'm Rachael.

Deckard: Deckard.

Rachael: It seems you feel our work is not a benefit to the public.

Deckard: UBahn stations are like any other stations - they're either a benefit or a hazard. If they're a benefit, it's not my problem.

Here's another commissioned figure, this time it's Rick Deckard from Blade Runner, made for Sander! I've never seen Blade Runner so it was kind of interesting to make a character I know literally nothing about.

Anyway, this guy has a modified CM trench coat, e-tape suit jacket and tie, and other painted details. Not my most complex figure, but I'm pretty happy with the result.

I know he has a snazzy pistol in the film, but Sander has one already so I wasn't going to go out and buy one just for the photo and video of this guy.

Let me know what you all think! :)

Kindly taken by my good friend Deckard Neox

The latest version of LEGO BLADE RUNNER "Deckard hunts down Zola" displayed at Japan Brickfest 2022 on June 11 and 12.

This is an improved version of the MOC that was previously featured in Brick Journal.

In order to represent the rain-wet ground, the base was reassembled by knocking down the stacked bricks.

In addition, a TOSHIBA neon sign was added, the ATARI neon sign was downsized, the Cowgirl neon sign was greatly improved, and the bottom of the stairs and columns were illuminated.

I plan to further expand this diorama in the future.

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die."

Hey everyone, here is one of my latest custom figures: Roy Batty from the Blade Runner movie. I decided to make this figure because I was completely in love with the character in the movie and I was inspired by Aaron's Rick Deckard to make this figure. Blade Runner is one of my all time favourite movies, and this figure is a great addition to my Blade Runner collection.

Tell me what you think in the comments.

Little bit of a follow-up to my original Blade Runner pic, which was like a year ago but oh well. I loved BR 2049, and for those of you who haven't seen it shame on you. You're part of its box office problem, and if you're reading this and haven't seen the movie, well K is a replicant and the girl in white is Deckard's daughter.

These guys are pretty self explanatory, posing Luv so you couldn't see the yellow printing was a metric pain in the ass. I really enjoyed throwing these together which is a good sign? I'll probably post more who knows.

Wallace, Luv, K, Rick Deckard, and Joi

(pic is intentionally given a high saturation to replicate summa dat promo shit and to make Joi's pink ass pop)

The original story that would be adapted to be Ridley Scott's Blade Runner. I read the book first when I was young and it had a lot more impact than the movie ever did (where's Deckard's sheep Ridley??)

Build for the Biocup 2025 Preliminary Round - Dream

I'd been itching to use the Dreamz brain piece. Unedited pictures, bts and other views in the photostream.

Started making this fella after i saw the movie last weekend. Absolutely breathtaking movie, probably my favorite so far this year.

Anywhom, Special K here is sportin' a sculpted hairpiece, and the fur on the coat is sculpted as well. The only other bit of sculpting is the part underneath of the barrel of his gun, which is made from a Si-Dan Knife as the barrel and a BrickArms pistol I got at BFVA.

Both coats are cut from lego ship sails, and given a huge drybrush of lots of "dirt colors."

I have to give credit where it is due, the base was inspired by Mr rammlied's awesome Deckard, you can check out right here. For the dirt look, I used a Citadel texture paint, then painted over it with an orange color, and finally drybrushed with a light tan.

What do you think?

Made some decent progress on the bladerunner sculpt yeasterday.

Group shot of K, Deckard and the 2049 Spinner.

Super happy with how these all turned out.

So I've had this Rick Deckard/Blade Runner minifigure for a long time. It was given to me as a gift years and years ago, and I'm pretty damn sure it's a Christo fig. But i'm not 100% sure it's Christo's work. It's definitely his quality of printing. But I can't find any info on it. Thoughts anyone?

"I had your job once. I was good at it."

Couple more 2049 figures underway, one more ready to post and the other still needs to be finished.

Deckard was simple enough to make, I took a lot of inspiration from the NECA figure except for its shit paintjob. (i hope)

The hair and head are both from the Rathtar Escape set. I went for this head as opposed to the original grumpy ole Harrison Ford head because I think it looks more like grumpy ole Harrison Ford. The hair was given a wash as well.

His gun, aka one of the greatest movie props, is from BrickArms.

The 3d shirt is made from a Lego ship sail and the sleeves are made from electrical tape. Everything else is done with Testors Enamel paints or Craftsmart Gloss Black.

Festival Place à la Rue Metz 2013

The movie is out! Yes and nooo I won't be able to see it till next week.

Deckard: Yep he got old.

K: grey-brown-black and a trenchcoat... definitely a Blade Runner.

Some other figs from 2019│2022│2036│2048 are in progress.

That's it guys.

Here it is the second custom figure from the Blade Runner 2049 movie.

This time I have Officer K portrayed by Ryan Gosling.

His hair and head are pretty self explanatory.

His torso was fully painted by me with a dark grey colour and then the straps were made of the lego fabric as well as his jacket that was painted in black and the interior in brown. The jacker also has some details like the belt and buckles on it that are layered.

The legs are plain grey and I gave him a black pair of shoes.

Tell me your opinions in the comments.

Thank you,

Gonçalo

So if you have been waiting for my Rick Deckard sculpt i have to apologize

im not working on it anymore.

Why? Im just not happy with it.

Im abandoning it and moving on to work on big boss from phantom pain.

Thank you.

I've made possibly my best minifigure ever with this attempt to customise Indiana Jones. This is based on the basic look of Harrison Ford's famous character and my childhood hero. After I did Rick Deckard as a LEGO minifig, I knew I had to paint Indiana Jones.

I painted everything aside from the face which was from a SW battle pack that was an alternate face to the OG head, but I copied all the facial features from the recent Han Solo head as that is a perfect take on his likeness.

On his painted fedora, I sculpted, using GS his hair and then painted in a reddish brown to match the eyebrows.

The leather jacket is made of E-tape and the interior shirt made of LEGO fabric with 3D pockets on each side also made from lego fabric.

The purse is made from a LEGO purse and the strap is lego fabric that had the buckle painted as well.

The trousers have two belts, one is black and painted on the hips, and the other is made of fabric, which also holds his gun holster on the right leg that was made of foam sheet.

The iconic whip is made of a lego rope piece, where one of the ends was cut, and replaced with the handle of a lego whip.

I hope you all enjoyed it and if so tell me what you think in the comments and also drop a fav if you feel like it.

This figure was a homage to one of the best movies i've ever seen and the character that helped to shape who i am today.

Thank you all,

Gonçalo
