2025098 Davidson Day School sophomore class trip to Savannah, GA included both service and building community. The day began at the Boys & Girls Club where DDS students helped children with homework and more. The evening included bowling, arcade games and pizza. Thursday’s highlight was a day at Tybee Island with a service project at the YMCA, a tour of the Tybee Lighthouse and Battery, free time at the beach and dinner at North Beach Bar & Grill. This is a direct digital synthesis (DDS) radiofrequency signal generator built around an Analog Devices AD5932, and controlled by an Atmel ATMEGA168.
It's a kit, available from Doug Pongrance, N3ZI, www.pongrance.com.
It's intended as a flexible local oscillator for home-brew ham radio receivers, but works just fine as just a general-purpose high frequency signal generator.
Missing just a couple of configuration jumpers here, it's almost ready for the smoke test.
Asking $550, negotiable. She comes with 22mm CoolCat eyes and she still poses wonderfully. She has a bit of staining where her wig sat and on her headcap, as well as on the back of one of her legs. These stains don't photograph well, but I did my best. She also has her inner post taped up, because she was a bit loose when I got her. I'd prefer payment upfront, but you may be able to convince me to take a short layaway. Her face-up is a custom commission by NYMA on eBay.

20260424 Davidson Day’s Upper School Community Engagement Council is hosting No Backpack Day and Backpack Drive! On April 24th, students are encouraged to come to school without a backpack, carrying their supplies, to raise awareness for the students around the world who do not have backpacks and walk miles to school carrying their supplies. Families are also encouraged to bring new backpacks to school to donate on the 24th.

My first DD has arrived!
She's a DDH-06 on DDS body that I adopted from a local resin hobbyist.
Still waiting on stuff for her from Taobao as well as a can of MSC so I can repaint the head. At least I had some 1/3 items for her to wear temporarily. ^^ I've tentatively named her Kano.
I can say with confidence that I'll definitely get more MDD/DD girls in the future, they're lovely! I hope to grab one in person in winter at Doll Point.
