He's not a spaceship!
So, instead of sifting through the big, convoluted dystopian future backstory on this guy, I'm gonna share with you an interesting fact: Booster Gold's robot companion Skeets is made of Waverider's metallic flesh! Fun!
That head feels a little too positive for a guy who looks like he's always scowling, and we really, really need a better flaming head piece that isn't welded to specific heads, but this's probably not gonna get confused with any other non-Waverider character, so-!

"There are countless government employees who are doing unsung work on behalf of the American people. One of those is Lisa Monaco, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. When I introduce Lisa to friends and family, I tell them that she is working nonstop to help keep the American people safe. I'm including this photograph taken outside on the President's patio of Lisa updating him on the Ebola virus because she spends almost all of her time in either her windowless office or in the Situation Room. It just so happened that an electric shortage had caused the Oval Office to be filled with a pungent smell, moving the meeting outside."

"When Nina Pham walked into the Oval Office, the President gave her a big hug as her family and White House Dr. Ronny Jackson watched. Nina, a Dallas nurse diagnosed with Ebola after caring for an infected patient in Texas, was being treated at the National Institutes of Health in nearby Bethesda, Maryland, and the President invited her to the White House when she was released after being declared Ebola-free."

This is the first Katana I've seen in the DC Bombshells style. Very nice and she looks just like the statuette.
I used Nik Software's Dfine followed by Color Efex Pro - Pro Contrast / Dynamic Skin Softener filters. Then I used a Topaz Adjust filter I had never made use of before, High Key I which really brought out more of the 40s/50s style with darker edges and desaturated some of the background colors.

This was taken at Flabob Airport in Riverside California during a DC-3 flyin.
This is taken with a Canon AE-1 and a Sigma 16mm Fisheye Filtermatic lens. I used Arista EDU Ultra 100 film and developed it in Rodinal 100:1 - 350ml water and 3.5ml of Rodinal. Stand Development for 1 hour. Temperature was kept at a constant 68 degrees F using a water bath.
DC Pride was bittersweet this year. It was wonderful to march with some amazing people and to once again carry the Air Force Flag, but I also knew that the next day I'd be driving away to start my new job in New York.
