Op een zonnige zomerdag zijn we een dagje naar Duisburg en omstreken gegaan. De tweede stek die op het lijstje stond is de bekende Lotharstrasse. Flink in het zonnetje kwam de DB Cargo 145 065-9 met de 189 053 in opzending langs de camera's richting Duisburg-Wedau met een bonte trein.

This is the last of the 6400 loco's in service in the classic grey and yellow livery. It was repainted from red in 2018 and received an NS logo, to make it look as new.

Vandaag zag ik in Schüttorf een transport met een NS treinstel stilstaan en de conclusie dat deze op toestemming wachtte om in Bad Bentheim binnen te mogen komen, bleek juist te zijn.
Seconden nadat ik de truck netjes geparkeerd had, rolde het transport het station binnen en stopte de machinist netjes naast de wachtende 101 052.
Helaas heb ik tijdens mijn werk mijn camera niet bij me, dus mocht mijn telefoon zijn best doen: beter iets dan niets! :-)
