STAY, O sweet and do not rise!
The light that shines comes from thine eyes;
The day breaks not: it is my heart,
Because that you and I must part.
Stay! or else my joys will die
And perish in their infancy.

Looking across one of the three Vermilion Lakes at the first colors of the day appearing on the horizon. Mt. Rundle and Sulphur Mountain rise majestically above the lake.
The lakes are located between the Trans-Canada Highway at the foot of Mt. Norquay and the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks. The lakes are 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from the town of Banff. A must visit when at Banff.
Enjoy a wonderful Sunday and week ahead!
DAYBREAK (This time last year)
This was a beautiful summer morning with enough clouds to bring in some colour. This capture is looking upstream on the Ottawa River and taken at the marina

First photo captured at Niagara Falls yesterday morning. The day broke the thick mist arising from the Horseshoe Falls' strong dropping power. The rising fog connected to the sky... Standing very close to the edge of Horseshoe Falls. I like the time period before sun rising from the other side of the sky...
Have a nice weekend!
