Dont know what they are, some kind of eggs on a spider web, as it is the end of the day it will have to do for the photo of the day.
there are many fruits in season now. all the plants are blooming, the insects are busy as well as the birds. all your senses are overwhelmed with the sight, scent and sound of all these natural activities. in this image is a indian mangoe, one of several varieties available. it is sweeter, juicier and plentiful at this time of the year.

41 of 365 Pale Pink - this is my fave flowers - I have managed to get a couple of plants which are sitting on my window sill, so you are going to see quite often in the next few weeks :-)

Vivitar 285 HV - one inside the car and one outside @ 1/2 power. Inside the car, the strobe is bounced off the dash, outside no modifier was used.

The house was kinda messy, so I thought I'd zip about on my broomstick and clean things up a bit this afternoon.
It's so funny how I never thought to take a picture of my witchiness so far! I guess I just took it so much for granted that I never paid attention to it.
Kinda sorta inspired by Brittney Bush.
We had another beautiful day and warmer then yesterday. I went down to Sunset Park to try some panning shots of the snowmobile races. This was the best one of the lot, not perfect focus but, I'm happy with it.

Weird and wacky day today. I froze some leaves in a container for use on a rainy day, took a few shots, then used a number of them as layers in Photoshop, played around with opacity and blending, and this is the result.

Who knew that a picture of tomato soup would be so difficult?
This is by no means a perfect image, but I wanted to upload it for today’s photo because I am trying a lot of new things and want to have a way to track my progress.
The biggest issue I had with today’s photo was that my computer couldn’t handle the number of images I was using to merge one large-format picture together. I’m realizing over and over again how important a strong fast computer is, and that I should have invested more into my macbook when I first purchased it.
Everything can go wrong. Today abided by this sentiment very much. After hearing quite a lot of bad news, floundering to get anything done, and for all plans to fall through, today was a struggle to even get my meals in order. This was my first meal, somewhere around 3 today, and it consisted of a warmed up bowl of tomato soup. Yes, lives can seem well put together all around us, but look inside the bedrooms, the refrigerators and the bowls of soup and you will see an absolute mess. We love the mess, though. Things rarely ever go according to plan, and can fall apart quite easily. But with whatever is scattered around, it’s best to gather what we can and create the most beautiful thing we can. It’s life, anyway.

A huge storm was rolling over Tampa Bay area as we where driving back from Sarasota, the sky colors chnaged every second for about 45 minutes, starting from a full rainbow to puff clods, to yellow, purple, blue, red, orange, to a very dark sky full of clouds hovering over the waters. A true southern light show.

Sometimes I like the last-minute ones the best. Just before midnight, after an emotional but ultimately good evening, I realized I hadn't done my 365 for the day. And Josh, surprisingly, was all about being part of it :-)
There are another couple with awesome satan dog, but they were a little too scary to be 365ed. Ah, satan dog ...
