Stocking up for the winter months when they wont be available at a lower price. Like 24 lbs for $94 bucks
from Cosi at South Station. The bread was fabulous (some sort of herb mingled with the flour). Chicken with tomato, mozerella, and spicey vinegrette. And then there were the dates. Ah, the dates.
Dates are, considered to be a dry fruit and it is rich in fiber and iron and some traces of Vitamins, depending on the quality of storage processes undergone. Dates are best taken for problems like indigestion as it is rich in fiber and good for anemia with its iron content.
