Several dignitaries, including Utah Lt. Governor Greg Bell, Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Utah National Guard Adjutant General Brian Tarbet, break ground on a new cyber-intelligence datacenter at Utah's Camp Williams.

The $1.2 billion facility will house linguists and cybersecurity experts when finished in October 2013. It will also have its own 65 megawatt power supply to feed a large server farm.

The NSA will be the primary agency operating the center, though other agencies will have access to the data mined there.
