1973 Porsche 911T “Sunroof” Coupe
Chassis No. 9113102119
Engine No. 6133998
Transmission No. 7337116
Porsche brought the 911 into production in 1964 and it immediately sent shock waves through the motoring industry. It was one of the most nimble and sporty road cars of the day, due to its rear engine design and small, light, aerodynamic body. It had voluptuous flowing lines that were able to turn heads at every corner and probably remains one then most classically elegant sports cars of this era.
Chassis No. 9113102119: Offered here is an absolutely beautiful, highly optioned and complete numbers-matching 911T! Well presented and meticulously maintained, great expense has been put forth to preserve this T’s charm. All service records from 1973-2011 accompany the vehicle.
During the recent restoration, the coupe was finished in metallic blue paint over supple black leatherette upholstery, complimented by spot-free brightwork. The cabin is very neat and tidy, featuring a factory electric sunroof. An aftermarket Blaupunkt stereo system was tastefully added for modern entertainment. The body and all floor pans are very preserved, immaculate and solid throughout.
The strong, highly desirable 2.4L motor was fully and completely restored less than 500 miles ago and runs like a top! Over $10,000 was spent this year reviving, restoring, and resealing the factory motor to like new condition. It’s quite obvious this coupe has been very well cared for! A host of important accompanying accessories include: Porsche COA, ALL Servicing Records, Original Tools and Roll, Jack, Spare Assembly, Owner’s Manual, Maintenance Record Booklet, Warranty Record, Tech Specs, and Blaupunkt Operation Books.
