I liked this one as well, it's more like the original concept I guess. Someone who is looking for the right path, the right direction, while it's getting darker. Sounds so horribly cliché BUT THAT IS MY LIFE AT THE MOMENT. I think. Bleh, hate it. (Never mind the different colouring, sometimes different colours just work better on different pictures :))

Last week I fully anticipated on making a speed edit video but I saved the screen capture in the wrong format and couldn't change it. So this week I finally made my very first speed edit video.
Also, I wrote a blog entry about this image and my current struggles with finding validation through feedback.

An abandoned church
i Didn't took a lot of pictures in here because it was kinda dark in this one, i needed to use bulb in here,,,
Also we were in a hurry that day so maybe i will plan in a revisit when i'm back in the neighbourhood

It was a rain-soaked August afternoon on Austvågøya in the Lofoten archipelago. By three o’clock I had reached the summit of Torskmannen, only to find the peak swallowed in cloud and rain. The sky pressed down with weight, the air thick with silence. I crawled behind a stone to escape the wind, and sleep claimed me.
When I woke again, four hours had passed. The mountain was drowned in fog, so dense I could not see more than a few steps ahead. I began to pack for the descent, preparing myself for a long, blind return through darkness and rain.
And then, as if the mountain itself exhaled, the fog opened. Just for a moment the world unveiled itself: the fjord stretched into infinity, ridges upon ridges vanishing into shadow. From some faraway break in the clouds, a few shafts of light touched the mist, igniting it in silver fire. It lasted less than a minute before the darkness closed again. I raised my camera, and captured a single frame — the only trace of that fleeting vision.
The rest was silence: wet rock, black marshes, hours of descent through mist so thick it erased the world. But that moment stayed with me.
It felt less like a landscape, more like a message — as though time itself had parted, offering a glimpse into something beyond measure. The mountains no longer belonged to the present, the light no longer belonged to the sun. It was a vision of thresholds: between night and day, between despair and revelation, between the finite path beneath my feet and the infinite horizon beyond it.
Perhaps we only see such things in the darkest hour — when everything is stripped away, when the world is reduced to shadow and silence. In that silence, for a breath, eternity appears.
