The bears at Belitsa are bears that have been rescued from the outlawed and barbaric practice of Bear Dancing.

#8 Balance or Balanced
Soapstone carving by a 16 year old artist in Iqaluit, Nunavut in 2005 (unfortunately, name unknown). It requires great skill to sculpt the bear so it balances entirely on one limb with no other support. Bears standing on one hind leg are more common, so the handstand bear is often highly sought after.
