Today, on a near-whim, I cut the legs off Howleen's 'Dance Class' costume and made her a swimsuit. The leg hems are hand-stitched, so it's kinda painful to type right now. But I like how it turned out.

Haven't done anything to her hair yet, save for pull it back. Gonna give it a wash tomorrow, and maybe a brief boil rinse later. Don't wanna lose all that curl, just some volume.

Today I had my first ever dance class!! It was Intro to Latin, and afterwards, my friends and I were invited to stay after class and attend a free Intro to West Coast Swing class. So we did, and I had an AMAZING time.

The result is a dedicated west coast swinger and these insanely dirty socks. Wow. What an awesome day.

Yaay ! This one is so close to good, it almost hurts ! It's just too short for the standard MH body - and a twinge too big for Howleen, but it looks better on her ! And I've already made corrections on the pattern and may have it finally ready for adaptations tomorrow !

It's so wrong how much I love Howleen's new hairdo - because I used to hate it before I fixed it !
