Hip hop class is creeperifically crunk, and I can't believe it took me so long to sign up. I've totally got this new routine I've been working on but I'm waiting 'til the full moon to bust it out. It's fixing to get epic up in here.

I'm usually playin' music instead of dancin' to it so I decided to take this class. Now don't get me wrong, I can shred a rug but I reckon there's nothing wrong with learnin' something new, especially when it's this much fun.

I am working with the Amy Hamilton Dance classes on a series of photo impressionist dance pictures. The first set can be thought of as a series of sketches. The final pictures will be of the dance performances. In those performance pictures, costumes and lighting will reinforce the movement, mood and meaning.

I was at Tuesday Morning a couple of weeks ago, & they had a bunch of Only Hearts Club outfits for sale, so I picked two up. The girls are obviously going to two different places, Howleen is casual & Twyla is dressy, I guess they'll have to meet up again later :-)

I like Twyla's hair better like this than down, so I'm going to try to reroot a part down the back of her head. Right now there's lots of scalp showing, so I figure if I'm going to keep it this way, I might as well make it look like it belongs this way.

Howleen Dance Class with modified hair

I've discovered that Howleen can wear Only Hearts Club clothing. This makes me happy because I already have a few outfits. Of course, I had to slide the hoodie part of the jacket up her body to get it on, there wasn't any way to get it over her giant head LOL

I had this old Bratz outfit that seems to work pretty well on her, so maybe I can find some more Bratz clothes that will work. The shoes are still a problem because her feet are smaller than the other girls. I hope Mattel makes some clothing with shoes sets for her.
