Cabo da Roca, a beautifl cliff on the portugal coast, not to far away from Lisbon. I visit it during my last trip in Portugal, and I fell in love right away about this place, where the sky is so blue and the wind blow hard, bringing with it the atlantic air.
One of the beautiful place I have ever seen. Highly recommended ;)

Every detail of the gondola has its own symbolism. The iron prow-head of the gondola, called "fero da prorà" or "dolfin", is needed to balance the weight of the gondolier at the stern and has an "Ƨ" shape symbolic of the twists in the Canal Grande. Under the main blade there is a kind of comb with six teeth or prongs ("rebbi") pointing forward standing for the six districts or "sestieri" of Venice.

The year is 1957 and the Chicago Police have been called to Union Station due to a disturbance.
This is a composite of 3 separate photos. The car is from Geneva, Illinois' Concours d'Elegance. The second shot is the vehicle's 1957 tax sticker. The third is of downtown Chicago's Union Station entrance.
Back to Guadeloupe and my early trip to the "Pointe des Châteaux". Running down from the panoramic viewpoint (since I had to urgently return the rental car) I stumbled upon this view and magical light, which I of course had to snap ;o)

This is wonderful modern concert hall in Porto. You can spend hours photographing this building. May be next time...
People who are familiar with my TGIF tunnels might think it is Friday;-) But i've just not had time to process anything for the proper start of Porto pics.
Wish you good sunny day!
