Petits ponts et passages sur la piste cyclable de Granby.

Small bridges & passages on Granby cycle path.

We have really loved everywhere we lived. For the people, the place, the memories, all of it. On the weekend before we left New York, we visited a little town called Accord, northwest of Rosendale northwest of New Paltz northwest of Poughkeepsie which is north of NYC. You get the idea. This photo was taken at the base of the Gunks facing, you guessed it, North toward the Catskills in the distance. One of the most beautiful places I've seen. Again for all the reasons listed above. So, someday we will return here to enjoy the people, place, and more memories.

Danube cycling path is even more beautiful than ever in the late October. Days are shorter and colder, hence there are less riders on and more space around. Shadows get sharper in the lower sun and the photographic attractiveness is enormous

I couldn’t believe my luck and timing when taking this abstract photo of colourful road markings in London.

"Solitary Cycle"

A fitting image for my day. I've finally fixed up my bike to working order. I managed to teach myself how to replace a derailleur, change over all the cables and finally have it all good to go! I found this bike in a sorry state a couple years ago, it was tossed into a pile of bushes left to rust. I've been tinkering with it ever since, and I think it's finally in a good spot!

Mountain biking in Hamsterley Forest in the Durham Dales.

Amsterdam is an amazing place for many things, but the one that caught my heart and soul is bikes. They are everywhere - chained to the street light or the fence, roads and paths are flooded with it. People seem so relaxed, they don't rush, don't stress, just cycle along the city, enjoying the view, enjoying themselves. This is magic we should have all over the world.
