This is a ROAD in Bromley where cycling is prohibited! It's part of the London Cycle Network. I think their traffic engineers should concentrate on laying some more tarmac before they try advanced stuff such as putting up signs. (Bromley has over 200 roads without tarmac)

Mitch Gold started a weekly tradition with the newly dubbed Cycling Seniors
ride. We met at the North Ave. Beach House near the bike rack that looks
like a bike sculpture.
There were 5 of us on the inaugural ride which enabled us to get well
acquainted as we rode 2 abreast most of the way.
Please keep in mind, you don't have to be a senior to go on this weekly ride
with us. Just available during a weekday.
We start at 10:30AM on Thursdays at the North Avenue Beach House. Rest
rooms, bike repair, bike rental available. Even car parking, but we don't
suggest it.
