I grew up in a cycling family. Sometimes I wonder if I was born on a bike. I hate to think how many hours I have spent sitting on a saddle!

The carbon cycle refers to the continuous movement of carbon, the most abundant element on the planet, through the oceans, land, atmosphere, fossil fuels and all life on Earth. Learning about the existence of carbon at each of these levels of the environment helps us understand the importance of keeping the cycle stable and the consequences of an unbalanced cycle.

I started 365 last year, but was doing a self portrait. This year this is the first time I have been in my picture-a-day. I caught a glimpse of myself cycling past the shop, so I went back and took a photo as I went past. Only took two goes!

The Crimson Cycle is a marvel of modern technology. It is extremely fast, maneuverable, and can handle a variety of different terrain due to it's large tires. The sleek design of the Crimson Cycle allows the rider to virtually become part of the bike adding to it's aerodynamically streamlined profile. The Crimson Cycle allows for the Crimson Cloak to quickly get himself from one disaster to the next with relative ease and speed.
Fourth wall: This bike is over a year old. I'm just finally getting around to posting it. Obviously, the design for the bike is inspired heavily by the Batpod from "The Dark Knight" just as the Crimson Cloak himself is inspired by Batman. However, for the design of the CC, I was looking for a beefier more muscled look than the Batpod.
