I took the lenses from the pair in the previous shot and installed them into this custom pair. The combination is a Matte Black frame, Blue Earsocks, and VR28 Blue Iridium Polarized lenses. Lovin it.
Strobist info: SB-600, camera right, diffused through plain paper. Glasses sitting on kitchen table. Additional sheets of paper laying flat on table, just out of frame, providing the reflections in the lenses.

This home is built on a beautiful lake in Vilas County Wisconsin. Built around an idea of a remodel around a barn. However everything here was a newly constructed lake home. Boosting two kitchens, six bathrooms and six bedrooms. The exterior of the home is a siding made to look like large wooden timbers. Yet stick built and very energy efficient like only a custom home can be.

These two figures were from a collection of interesting fan-customized figures Tom Vigneau had acquired from Japan. A number of figures used customized Hyper Microman and Titan magnetic parts like the one on the left, and most had this unique brown color scheme. I really like the figure on the right, which uses a mix of Command 1, 2, and Rescue Microman parts. I suspect these toys might have been customized during the 80's around the "Real Microman" customizing promotions from Takara based on the choice of parts used and their relative rarity today. In any case, a pair of truly unique Microman figures! My deepest respect to the unknown customizing artist.
