My custom #68 is already on her way to Virginia, here in the U.S.! She is a sweet girl who's base doll is Seeking Apelles Takara Blythe with a haircut.

Don't be deceived by her quiet demeanor, this girl can have wise things to say just at the right moment and she's excited to join her amazing dolly family!

I hope you love her as much as I loved creating her! <3

Everything was painted by me. He features a BW head and axe, and TLC armor. The horns were sculpted from the series 6 minotaur horns, then painted. C and C appreciated.

I took the lenses from the pair in the previous shot and installed them into this custom pair. The combination is a Matte Black frame, Blue Earsocks, and VR28 Blue Iridium Polarized lenses. Lovin it.

Strobist info: SB-600, camera right, diffused through plain paper. Glasses sitting on kitchen table. Additional sheets of paper laying flat on table, just out of frame, providing the reflections in the lenses.

This home is built on a beautiful lake in Vilas County Wisconsin. Built around an idea of a remodel around a barn. However everything here was a newly constructed lake home. Boosting two kitchens, six bathrooms and six bedrooms. The exterior of the home is a siding made to look like large wooden timbers. Yet stick built and very energy efficient like only a custom home can be.

I have quite a few basic Beauty and the Beast stands that I've made. That's because different dolls use them based on my current display needs. Now, when I made these stands originally in 2011, I didn't anticipate that my entire collection wouldn't' fit on display in later years. These days, I actually give the dolls "shifts"--so each time I dust, I'll put a few dolls away, and then put a few dolls out that had previously been in storage. Of course, there are several dollies that never get put away for sentimental reasons, or simply because they are magnificent to look at. So it's nice to have some plainer stands to use for random dolls. My Disney Parks Belle actually used the Classics Belle stand for over a decade, since her dress is so voluminous that she can't really sit in it! I decided that after ten years of her renting the stand, she deserved a customized one. It's not like I planned on putting her away. So when I was deep cleaning my display in March 2026, I sanded off all the old paint and redesigned this just for her. I went with a very warm gold, to go with her gown. Then I did the lettering in white, outlined in a muted orange. The sequins I glued on look almost exactly like the ones that are on her factory ensemble!

Dad cut all of these stands (except Applause Belle's) if I'm not mistaken, during the first few rounds of stand making sessions. But later on, sometime in 2014, I redid the lettering. I want to say I also touched up the roses since I had to sand off the old paint, but these roses look like the originals. I also decided to paint the Prince stand black. I believe it was originally this dark blue/purple color that matched the boxes for the Classics dolls. Applause Belle's stand was made in 2020, from a recycled one I was no longer using. I believe hers was a former vintage Barbie stand I had not used in years. Rather than buy more baseboard, I simply decided to make a batch of stands by sanding down old ones and redecorating them. I had a lot of trouble deciding on what shade of pink to use for Belle's stand. I didn't want anything too loud, that would compete with her amazing golden yellow gown. I outlined the lettering in yellow and did the roses in yellow as well, to compliment the color of her ensemble. I love playing around with the color schemes of my Beauty and the Beast stands!
