Many of our conversations on this trip centered around the importance of cooperatives cupping producers' coffees, assigning them some sort of differentiated status (i.e. A, AA, AAA), and then sharing their results with the producers. Luckily, they have an open invitation from Virmax to help them continue to calibrate and identify quality coffees.

The cupping room at Apecap is where we spent a day cupping through the coffees for the internal competition and producer celebration to be held that weekend.
