These tea cups are very special to me. I remember as a child we had these two and others displayed on a shelf in our livingroom. I remember dusting them. My mother gave me two of them. They are stamped Fine Bone China, Crown Staffordshire, England.
I had set this mug outside, with the intention of dropping it off at the thrift store next time it's convenient. Then I saw it this way. Now I'm not sure if this was something by which to remember it, or a sign that I can't bear to part with it after all.

The wedding was held in a marquee and the ground was REALLY uneven. Every time I walked past this table the whole tower wobbled. I kept thinking the whole thing would be on the floor before the bride and groom arrived.

April 19 - Feeling a bit under the weather today, so for my 365 shot today I took time for an extra cup of tea.
Thick like syrup. A little too strong, but still good. The first coffee service I've seen that looks like it came from Europe. The spoon has a gold like tint.
