Asymmetrischer Armreif (Rückseite) mit der Cane, die gestern beim Clayday mit Eva entstand. ***
asymmetrical cuff (back) with windowpane-cane I made yesterday while claying with Eva.
OK, in this case it is L before C! Some of the cuff-links I used to wear back in the day! So pleased I don't have to wear a collar and tie nowadays.
Our Daily Challenge - BEGINS WITH THE LETTER L.
I like it when the decoration and the closing the same is. The pink vintage buttons are my purchase from etsy-seller: dollherup.

DOLLS IN PACK: Slo Mo, Gilda, Lagoona, Cleo, Scarah
MISSING ITEMS: Dress
PERSONAL FUN FACT: We were able to identify these pieces all because Colleen figured out the identify of Student Disembody Lagoona's shoe. Both little fixings and Lagoona's shoe were from a $1 baggie we got at the flea market in 2019. There wasn't anything complete, but there were some interesting scraps. Plus, it's not that hard to mate solo shoes back together, so it was worth taking on the singles. This was the only complete pair of shoes from the bag. The solid red color and plain styling left us baffled. I wouldn't have guessed these were made for Cleo de Nile! The little cuff next to it is actually a choker. I thought it was a bracelet, but then I noticed it on Cleo's neck when we were comparing these fragments to the Student Disembody Council pack. I always secretly wanted the set when it was in stores...I love school themed dolls. Maybe someday I'll find a Cleo doll who needs these shoes. But until then, they are very versatile and will come in handy regardless!
I absolutely ♥♥♥ this! It's for sale in my shop. Hurry and go get it or I may change my mind and keep it for myself!
These were my grand father's cuff links, I rarely wear shirts that require them and I have other cuff links so I never use these. I don't have any shirts with detachable collars either so I haven't used collar studs for over fifty years.
I am a sucker for any print pants. Snake print. Yes please.

My favourite Polo Jeans hoodie is alright except for fraying cuffs !
I made this cuff with the idea that it would be the centrepiece of the Bengal Tiger Suite. For this reason I lowered the "volume" of the necklace and upped the volume of the earrings along with the cuff. The "paw piece" as I call it has a double faceted East African oval citrine that weighs 38 carats. The observe side (top) is cut in mirror image to the reserve side (bottom) and the refraction in natural light is like a flame. There are 26 flawless brilliant cut diamonds around the "eye" like eye lashes and they weigh 2.80 carats in total weight. The cuff is made in white 18K gold and weighs in at 158.92 grams.
Jewellery was a big part of Elizabethan Tudor fashion, especially for those who were rich and important. It showed both their wealth and status. Jewellery was also used to convey political messages, display religious beliefs and to remind people of friends and relatives who have died. Jewellery in Tudor times was not widespread and is essentially worn by the upper classes and those who could afford such finery.
Tudor bracelets tended to be made out of silver or gold and decorated with precious stones. Strands of pearls could also be wrapped around the wrist. The Elizabethan cuff is reminiscent of bracelets of the era. A wide cuff - elaborate, luxurious and intricately woven. A central panel of bezelled large beads form a bold focal point to the cuff. Eminently suited to the delicate wrists of the Elizabethan Tudor lady of the upper classes.
Fabric bracelet embroidered with silk ribbon, stuffed fabric "cabochons" on 100% cotton fabric. Enclosure is from a doll sized coverall strap. 1 1/2 inches wide and fits up to a 7.5 inch wrist.
Each of the stone cabochons are bead embroidered and then joined together to form this earthy bracelet
