On Friday September 27th, 2019 the Educational Opportunity Program celebrated 50 years of being on the California State University, Northridge campus. CSUN staff, alumni, and current students attended the event to celebrate this grand milestone.

On May 9th, graduating CSUN students, staff, family and friends celebrated at the 2015 Aztlan Graduation. A small ceremony dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of the hard working class of 2015.

Their website states: "At the graduation ceremony, graduates are encouraged to wear clothing of their cultural origin as a way to honor their families, ancestors, and heritage…graduating in cultural clothing is encouraged as a way to give tribute to those who have gotten them this far. Upon recognition, all Aztlan Grad graduates will be allowed to give a brief speech in any language thanking parents, friends, professors, mentors, family, etc." - aztlangraddecsun.weebly.com/

We would like to congratulate the many EOP students who participated in the ceremony.
